We offer high-quality mixed-softwood shavings for for horses and other animals, and nutrient-rich manure bedding suitable for gardeners, and anyone building healthy soil. Pickup is available on-farm, with local delivery options when needed.
Softwood Shavings (Bagged)
Our shavings are a blend of mostly pine with other softwoods mixed in, producing a fine, soft, low-dust bedding that works beautifully for horses, ruminants, poultry and small animals. The texture is comfortable, absorbent, and easy to clean.
Shavings are bagged in 55-gallon bags, filled to about three-quarters full, averaging 12–14 cubic feet fluffed.
They are about twice the size of a standard Tractor Supply shavings bag, while still manageable for loading and storage.

Manure & Used Bedding Compost
We offer a steady supply of manure and used bedding from our grass-fed goats, sheep, and horses. This material varies slightly depending on how long it has been sitting:
- Sometimes partially decomposed
- Sometimes fresh but starting to break down
- Breaks down quickly once piled or added to an active compost system
This compost mix is great for starting a compost pile, improving soil structure, or fertilizing gardens once fully finished.
